Payment and Shipping

Payment is made at the time of purchase. Shipping is charged by weight starting at $3.25. Orders over $35 will qualify for Free Shipping. All items will ship via USPS. Shipping costs for international orders will vary based on destination.

Marci and Kae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Customers are responsible for verifying addresses are correct upon order. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if any items are returned due to incorrect information provided. Shipping address can not be changed after an order is made. 

​​Turn Around Time

Current turn around time is 10-20 business days and does not include shipping time. Plan for shipping to take an additional 2-5 business days. I do not offer RTS items at this time.

​​Returns or Refunds
